I am using XRF right now, and I had a problem. When you cut or engrave, the laser line gets broken, dotted, or incomplete. The laser head seems to fire at random times, and I can often hear a clicking sound coming from the machine as it tries to fire.

First, please check for computer memory issues. Insufficient computer memory or excessively high memory usage can cause data loss during transmission. You can try restarting your computer to free up system memory.
USB connections can also be unstable due to electromagnetic interference from surrounding electronic devices. You can switch to a WiFi or Ethernet connection to minimize data transfer problems.
