Does anyone have tips for securing the tray on the XRF? I’m using the PiBurn with magnetic feet, which works great, but I’ve noticed a bit of wiggle on the crumb tray—both side to side and front to back—when swapping out cups.

A slight wobble is normal. This is because we need to leave a small gap to make it easy to insert and remove the tray. If you need to eliminate the movement completely, you can try using shims to reduce the wobble.
