Grinding noise when starting up each day

Stumped…. New problem i am encountering. A week or so ago I had used my rotary on my Hydra 13. I disconnected everything and flipped the rotary switch to the off position. I had used it to engrave and cut with no problems until the next day when I went to turn it on and now when it does the initial home set up i get this really bad grinding noise when it gets to the left back corner. Like it is trying to keep going.

It does it at every start up. I have turned the rotary back on and off. Restarted the machine as well. I have also looked to see if my Xand Y are set to zero which they are. Have restarted light burn as well.

Thoughts???

Please try the following steps to solve the issue:

  1. Turn the Rotary Switch ON on the machine and power on the machine.
  2. Open Lightbrun and connect the machine. Open the Rotary Setup window and disable the Enable Rotary option.
  3. Turn the Rotary Switch OFF on the machine.
  4. Restart the machine.

Thank you for responding.
I have tried that and I still get the grinding.
Not sure what else to do.
