Good Evening. We had a patron come in and use the XRF yesterday to engrave hats and the head hit one of the pins that popped up during the job. Now the laser will fire but it is making multiple lines instead of one line, any ideas?
I think it could be mirror alignment or maybe something else, any help narrowing it down would be greatly appreciated!
Hello, this is most likely due to the laser head colliding and tilting, which in turn caused the optical path to tilt. The light path reflected within the laser head, thus emitting multiple beams of light. You may need to adjust the optical path or try to straighten the laser head. Hope it will help you.~
